Nov 5,  2004 - "Hey BA - Are you STILL trying to get into that girls' surf club?"

Wednesday, November 3^rd,  I had a big decision to make:

Do I go to my own surf club's Wednesday meeting - or should I go to this one?

Big decision?

Hardly -

Let's see - food, adult beverages, and the opportunity to gaze upon bevy of SDSL beauties OR should I punish my orbs by forcing them to look at these typical Wind**Sea-ers?

The evening started okay - waves at Twang   

Then - off to a great casa in Solana Beach.

Then, the membership committee [of hotties] surrounded me and made me bow to the High Priestess and then they anointed me with wine.

One of the reasons that I, and many of the surf babes chose to attend the meeting, was 'cause a select list of potential guest speakers had been posted on the SDSL web site, starting with Kelly Slater and ending with Ronnie the Limo Driver.

Unfortunately, none on the list showed-up, and since the ladies were anticipating a guest speaker - I volunteered to spin a couple of surf yarns -

I started with [wave] size DOES matter

The attendees were very attentive for about 5 minutes -

Then - they started falling asleep - kindda like my usual success - or lack thereof - with most women.
